24 Hour cancellation policy
Your reservations are very important to my success. It is reserved especially for you, I understand that sometimes rescheduling is necessary. I respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or a $25 dollar charge will be applied to your next appointment. Please understand that when you forget your appointment at the last minute, i miss the opportunity to fill that time, and clients on the waiting list will not get the chance to get in for an appointment.
Running Late
If you are 10-15 minutes late for your scheduled appointment we will need to reschedule (unless other wise instructed), Due to the fact that it will interfere with the next clients appointment scheduled.
